General Comments
Out of three appointments Caroline Castigliano Wedding Dresses stood out for all the wrong reasons. Firstly, the high pressure sales technique and being grilled about the vision for the wedding and how I wanted to look. None of my answers were good enough! The sales assistant didn't listen to what I wanted or which dresses I wanted to try on. They randomly selected what I thought to be some grotesque creations, when I said I didn't like it, more grilling ensued. Why don't you like it? I was made to feel particularly uncomfortable walking around the shop in a distinctively plain and ordinary dress, with the assistant trying her best to improvise walking down the aisle. She was also very quick to press the veil and other accessories on me, in a bid to detract from the grubbiness of the dress. In summary a horrendous experience with very bland uninteresting dresses.
