Bad Points
I have had my Romba two years. I have just replaced the expensive battery and it will not recharge, so Romba doesn't work. I called and was told I could buy and out of warranty program Romba for $99.00. Any other vacuum is longer lasting than Romba and does not require $73.00 batteries.
I am very disappointed is the product and the service. My Romba was gently used and there are no children or animals in the area it was used. It was kept very clean. When it was working, it cleaned satisfactorily.

General Comments
The Romba is fairly user friendly, tedious to clean but worth the trouble. If it lasted longer, it would be worth it! I would not recommend to anyone. Mine worked no more soon after the warranty ran out even though I purchased a new expensive battery. I was offered an out of warranty "deal" to purchase another Romba for $99.00. I was not offered a refund on the new battery.
