Good Points
Easy to follow
don't have to worry about food preparation
loads of flavours to pick from
good for quick weight loss
Bad Points
Weight creeps back on once you get off it
not a long term solution
increases likelihood of binge eating
deprives you of real good
General Comments
Cambridge Diet is good initially, the weight falls off immediately. But when you get off it, you have to be careful not to pile the weight back on. It's a good quick-fix, but u have to bear in mind that permanent weight loss is a lifestyle change. Being on the sole source for 28 days deprives you of real food and when you have a week off, you have to control yourself or else you will go into a binge eating frenzy that is unhealthy.
