Good Points
Interesting characters, mainly Plainview as he was the most fascinating and the church leader who was creepy and sinister

Bad Points
Maybe slightly too long.

General Comments
I enjoyed this film and glad I watched it on the big screen rather than wait for it to come out on DVD. Everything seemed more dramatic and striking, such as the danger involved in drilling for oil, the explosions and the scenery it was set amongst. I would recommend There Will Be Blood for a number of reasons; the leading actor was a joy to watch, the supporting characters were intriguing and it was a film that touched on different aspects of our lives. Loneliness, greed and relationships.
