Good Points
Clever marketing - they seem very friendly and reliable. As a big company you expect and trust them.

Bad Points
They did not deliver for mother's day March 2008 and have made no attempt to contact me. They charged me £42 and I am trying to get my money back. They do NOT reply to emails and their phone line is forever busy. I am now trying their head office.

General Comments
During heavy demand you would think that they would stop orders that they cannot deliver. You would think that when an order cannot be delivered they would make contact. You would think that when they have failed in their service that you have paid for that they would refund you quickly with an apology.

There is only one way this company can go if they treat people like this. In future, what is wrong with visiting a local florist and buying them yourself and delivering them yourself. You get three times as many flowers for your money!
