one of the best things i found with this book (even though i have the translated french version) is that once you start to use the exercises, you start to learn things about yourself that you didn't know either because you were oblivious of them or because you chose to ignore the fact that you can release your true potential and live a happier life. i used the exercises to release my authentic self and once i used the techniques in everyday life i felt much happier and more confidant. thanks to Paul Mckenna i feel much happier and more hopeful about the future. i would definitely recommend this book to all my friends, as i said to my mum if we all used the tips in the book to discover our true potentials the world would be a much happier place to be
