RAC 200 GPS Review

Good Points
it has a helpline for advise which you will need! the directions are clear when in use. good price if it works.

Bad Points
Software wouldn't work with vista, upon phoning the helpline I was told I would have to copy and paste the information from the CD to the card.. (how this is vista compatible I will never understand). There are no speed cameras shown in my local area even though there are 5 on the road next to where I live? The nearest cinema which is listed closed 4 years ago, the nearest recreation ground is 2 miles away yet is not even shown on the sat nav, I'm directed to my nearest at 10 miles distance using the gps?

General Comments
Overall opinion... I thought it was poor. I'm hoping I can get a refund as its not as great as the box makes it out to be! I'm getting a Tom Tom as my dad has one and this has all the information on it which is missing on this one. Its also supposed to pinpoint you to the nearest 3m, it shows me as being 100 yards (2 streets away) when at home and no..theres nothing to hinder the signal, I'm on top of an open hill.
