“On four separate occasions now something has gone...”

On four separate occasions now something has gone wrong: three times they did not deliver! pretty much ruined every occasion. On another occasion the website promised delivery anywhere in the UK for the next 10 hours. I then proceeded to go on hold for an hour, finally spoke to a sales lady who said she would help but put me through to a voicemail. I had to call back again as the internet did not accept my order. Finally i was told London closed particularly earlier, making a mockery of what was advertised on their website. How many chances do you need to give these guys- they are cowboys and ruin what should be special occasions.

I am sorry but I have no sypmathy with anyone whose review starts "On four separate occasion something has gone wrong" - why do you keep using them? there are hundreds of florists that you could use, why not use the review centre to find a decent one before next ordering, this is the reason review centre exists, not just for people to moan!<br/>
