Good Points
easy to record stuff, variable 'gain'/volume, can output to hi-fi, digital coaxial output

Bad Points
buttons on remote not intuitive, no series link feature, doesnt defragment [perhaps it doesn't need to.]

General Comments
Pretty much idiot proof, you can delete naff channels if you like
