Good Points
When it worked it was fine - satisfied with cleaning, drying, noise levels.

Bad Points
Very poor quality.

General Comments
Controller packed up just out of the 12month guarantee. We replaced the controller.
This evening it caught fire, its only 4 years old. Luckily I was in or our house would have burnt down. The wires have all overheated and the insulation melted away. Very dangerous - do not touch with a barge pole. I'll never buy Zanussi again.
