General Comments
My boyfriend ordered me flowers two weeks before valentine's day to arrive on VALENTINE'S DAY, after waiting in all day for them they never arrived. iflorist gave the wrong address to the courier so delivery failed. Of course there is no telephone number, I tried various telephone enquiry numbers to retrieve their number but there is no record of the company at any of the addresses given. The only way of contacting the company is via instant message. It seems I cannot have a refund, despite the fact the the courier has told me they will take responsibilty and refund double the price of the bouquet to satisfy both me and the company! I am told the flowers are still on the van and will arrive today but I hardly think a bunch of dead flowers the day after valentine's day was the gesture my boyfriend was going for! Totally bogus company, instant message service is probably run by one fat, beer-swilling idiot making up names such as Sylvia and Monica! Steer clear! Totally unreliable!
