Bad Points
Several. Poor After Sales. Batteries not powerful enough for weight of buggy.
General Comments
The buggy is very noisy and after 5 months the batteries failed to complete 18 holes on a fairly level course. It has several design faults and in my opinion should not be sold in its present design. I took the buggy to a specialist battery company who confirmed the batteries were not powerful enough. They would not give 6 months guarantee on new ones. The importer, Act4Golf. has replaced the control unit and the motor but this has had little or no improvement. So it looks like the scrap heap after less than a year. Buyer Beware.

If you had as much trouble as you say why didn't you take action using the Sale of Goods Act under the fit for purpose section?
