General Comments
Booked an appointment for 3pm, the rep arrived 3.45pm. He spent 2 hours going on about the quality of the product and how bad everyone elses was, which was fair enough.

All was fine until the salesman turned rather nasty when we informed him that we wouldn't be signing up straight away and would need time to think about it. At first he ignored it and then used the old 'let me phone my manager to see what i can do'trick to get us to sign on the spot. He refused to accept the fact that we wouldn't commit straght away, despite being told about 100000 times.

He seemed to be getting more and more aggresive and argumentative when we again told him we needed time to think about it - before stating that he'd wasted 3 hours of his time for nothing. Refused to even leave a broucher or the written quote and left in a huff. Looks like we had a luck escape judging by the other reviews on here.

Summary -

Agressive, rude, bully like sales tactics - almost felt like he wouldn't leave unless we signed up. Avoid these clowns at all cost!
