Good Points
ok when it worked

Bad Points
lost signals many times in my own area.(s.f. valley.) replaced 4 times. same problem. seemed to have poor signal reception or detection problem.

General Comments
finally got verizon to give me different phone. replaced with motorola. calls and reception great. few it any dropouts. has other wierd prob. living with it . db
