None.

Bad Points
Delivery.
Lack of communication and response to emails. All I got was an instant acknowledgement that they had received my complaint. Still haven't received the flowers.

General Comments
I cannot manage to speak to anyone at Flora Queen. I will never recommend them to any friends or relatives.

I COMPLETLY AGREE , I HAD SAME PROBLEM WITH THIS NON RESPONSIBLE WEB SITE

<br/>BE AWARE , THEY WILL DELIVER YOUR ORDER 2 WEEKS LATER AND IGNORE YOUR LETTERS AND EMAILS IF YOU ASKED FOR NON DELIVERY

<br/>NEVER DEAL WITH THEM , THEY EVEN SENT DIFFRENT TYPE OF FLOWERS AND DIFFRENT COLOR
