Good Points
Very fun, if your good.

General Comments
Buy SimCity 4, it's fun. Good strategy game. Makes you think. Takes 1-5 Seconds for buildings and Roads to load when you zoom out or rush your system if your not using a Dual Core or better. I use a Quad and it works perfectly. But my P4 sux with it.
