Good Points
The girls are beautiful and very fit. Looking at them got me motivated. I loved the warm up and the cool down.

Bad Points
The interview did not feel like it should be part of a fitness DVD. I found the main workout very boring, mainly jogging and jumping around, very repetitive and the music doesn't help.

General Comments
Try it if you don't mind seeing pretty girls doing boring stuff :)
