Good Points
Website OK and quick provision of unlock code and instructions to unlock Nokia 6310i. However.....

Bad Points
...few weeks had need to unlock a SAGEM MY C-3, which they said they could unlock. Took my money and then sent an e-mail telling me to contact my service provider for the unlock code - which we all know is the way the industry would have you unlock from them, at an exhorbitant cost. I don't need Mr Unlock to charge me for this. I was happy to pay to unlock my Nokia even though there are free sites (I used gsmliberty.net for another nokia phone), but was angry when in my opinion I got ripped off for the SAGEM. I think most service providers are like this as they say they can unlock any phone, what I think this means in some cases is they can tell you how to unlock any phone! But it may cost you more than the few pounds they charge you for the service.

General Comments
Check on review sites whether your phone can actually be unlocked with a code that Mr Unlock provides otherwise they may just take your money and point you back to the service provider... where I started!
