Good Points
Its easy to set up, most of it is done for you, (argos direct) it took me 4mins!! Easy to use too, you can adjust the speed by simply pushing the up button and decrease speed by pushing the down button, hardly rocket science!! Also 7 pre-set programs.

Bad Points
None as yet, except not having enough time in the evening to actually go on it, once the kids are in bed!

General Comments
I love my treadmill and would highly recommend to others, i can't wait to see the results of my efforts to get fit!
