General Comments
When this actually works, it is a very nice DVD Player/Recorder, but getting it to work is an entirely different matter. Sometimes it plays just fine, sometimes it switches to Auto Set-Up if you press play after pressing stop. Auto Set-Up, by the way, hasn't worked yet. This evening alone it has started working for no apparent reason and stopped working for no apparent reason five times. What I like about it is that it records DVDs and is relatively easy to use (when it's having an agreeable day). But considering how unreliable it is and how unhelpful the manual is, it causes more frustration than it's worth.
