Good Points
From Check in to Destination and back, always great although have noticed that planes of same type vary on flight to flight. One make has loads of leg room, others have a lot less. Staff on planes are top class.
Bad Points
OK on flight side, dire if anything else is required. Try to phone customer care after talking to India. By post only. Are a budget airline until you need to change anything and they want £94 to change a name/flight on a booking. I found the call centre just awful, i've had better conversations with my bedroom door!
General Comments
Great as long as everything goes fine otherwise make Easyjet look quite a good option. It's a shame as it wouldn't take much to sort it. Talking to someone in GB would be a good start and some form of compassion in the form of a grey area. Currently it's black or white only.

I used Jet2 a lot and agree, if everything goes Ok its top dollar but if not!!
