Good Points
Longevity, simple to use, price, long long lead.

Bad Points
Bags easy to remove but a bit fiddly to fit.

General Comments
I've forgotten how long I've had Henry - it must be over ten years - and he's still trouble free. I once inadvertently sucked up something damp without noticing - until Henry started to smell a bit. But we gave him a blast of fresh air and he's still soldiering on. I find it hard to believe that anything sucks up harder - it would suck up the carpet. As far as I'm concerned it's eat your heart out James Dyson - Henry is the world's best vacuum cleaner.
