Good Points
Clear and easy to use, good integration with Windows and other Microsoft family products.

Bad Points
Can take long to load.

General Comments
Apart from a few niggles here and there I find Microsoft Outlook 2003 a great program to use and I make daily use of this software. It integrates well with my Google calendar and it's easy to manage my ever growing list of contacts.
