Good Points
Superb pictures even at A4 size. Simple to use even for a beginner. Compact and easy to carry although a case is a useful addition.

Bad Points
User manual is very basic, the CD supplied with it is much more comprehensive.

General Comments
After looking at the digital camera market and comparing price and performance the Olympus C200 came out best for what I wanted. The only downside was the lack of user reviews because it is such a new camera. As my other camera is a Nikon, I wanted to ensure that the reproduction would be as good as possible for the price, and with the extras included by Internetcamerasdirect I am more than satisfied with the product. A phone call to Olympus' technical dept. was needed to find why the settings defaulted after the camera was switched off, but this was soon sorted. Other than this I am enjoying taking photos which can be junked if no good and enhanced where necessary. All in all a very recommendable camera.

There is an option on the camera's menu that allows all of the settings to be retained when the camera is switched off. If you look in the full version of the manual that comes as a soft-copy on the CD it is explained in full.
