Fast customer service line.

General Comments
I changed from BT Broadband to Virgin Broadband (non cable) in hope of a change well boy did I..........
At 17.99 a month it sounds too good to be true and sadly it is.
I play a games console online and from the word 'GO' I always end up with constant problems. My internet is also always slow and at 25p a minute to chat to customer services well, it's a joke.
I would stay well clear from Virgin as they also claim your not paying a contract but you have to pay a 50 charge if you wish to end there service within 12 months of being with them.
Please just stick with your broadband provided or find someone else as the hassle just isn't worth it.
