Good Points
There are a lot of bad reviews on here, but I have to say that the customer service I've recieved has always been very good, with friendly staff both on the phone and face to face. It's rare to actually know your bank manager these days, but mine has always had time for me ever since I moved my Abbey account to Barclays 3 years ago.
Bad Points
They are a bit touchy about overdrafts. I was refused an overdraft despite having a very good credit rating because I was "not over 21" which was a bit of a joke considering I have been in full time employment since 16.
General Comments
Barclays internet banking is very good and easy to use and makes all my banking easy to access and simple to use.
