Customer service is almost non-existent.
General Comments
Mags Direct advertised a magazine subscription for 10 issues. When the subscription was processed it was only for 6 issues. The website said it was the publishers problem, not theirs. I guess the good news is that they at least processed the order. I will look elsewhere for doing online magazine website purchases in future.
