Good Points
Small, light, perfect for "memory lane" holiday snaps. Good colour balance, optical zoom in such a small package makes it ideal for photographing rock formations at a distance. Battery consumption is surprisingly good with just two 1800 mAH NiMh cells. The ideal holiday camera.
Bad Points
None. If you are David Bailey then this isn't for you, but it does what it ought to do. Forget the software that comes with the camera. Just spend £25 on a card reader, and then install something like ThumbsPlus, and you are up and running.
General Comments
The Olympus C-1 is a delightful little camera that is a true 'point and shoot' device. With the HQ picture quality selected, it will store 200 pictures on a 64 Mb card, enough for anyone. It will fit into your shirt pocket and the lanyard supplied is long enough to loop around your neck for security. One of the nicest cameras I've used.
