GM Cadillac Seville STS Review

Good Points
The GM Cadillac Seville STS offers comfort, effortless, noiseless until pushed and the V8 northstar is the sound to have. My daughters still smile. BOSE is still the best sound system, reliability, no major component failures yet. The electronic skid preventer (stabilitrac)does actually work. The suspension goes from compliant to firm in undetectable stages as does steering assistance etc etc etc. It is the most comfortable car to travel in.

Bad Points
Trunk leaks eventually rectified by turning the rubber seal the opposite way around. Trunk could be bigger. It will understeer if you are not carefull. Rust on brake lines. it will benefit from "waxoyl"

General Comments
Far from being the American trash I was told it would be, this has been a surprisingly good car. My daughters' friends get in it and comment how smooth quiet and comfortable and "my goodness its fast". and then ask "what kind of car is it?" Cadillac as a make means nothing. They don't realize its American and as long as they think it might be german they think its good. Some think it might be French because of the name. Don't believe what you read in the papers. English car reviewers may just be biased. 4 wheel drive would be better!
