Good Points
My stomach is considerably stronger. Have more endurance doing sit-ups and other athletic activities which use stomach muscles. No illusions--I didn't see a washboard or a tummy like a 20 yr old, however I can wear a bikini at 45. I'm looking forward to stronger muscles for ski season. Great product!!!!!!!!

Bad Points
Went gun ho using it everyday for a couple of weeks and my lower back hurt all the time. I couldn't even play tennis--back spasms. Had to back way off. I imagine it can seriously hurt your lower back by not doing equal back strengthening exercises at the same time, as well stretches. Took a couple months to heal and the back spasms to stop. Recommend using it sparingly or on lower level--I used 24. You may feel like you aren't getting any results, but trust me, you will.

General Comments
An all-over workout is required for cardiovascular and good health. Definitely need to stretch every day/time you use the slendertone products and ensure you are simultaneously strengthening the opposite muscle groups. Read instructions, and remember to use it like you are starting a running routine--gradual build up required. You don't get the pain of pounding the pavement, but you will get results!!! My stomach strength and endurance improved tremendously!! Highly recommend talking to your doctor, physical therapist, or even a good personal trainer, especially if you are an athlete looking to enhance your performance skills.
