General Comments
Research thoroughly before deciding to change to TalkTalk and look at all the alternatives. Unable to connect to Internet for hours at a time. Helpline staff speak very heavily accented English making them very difficult to understand and don't solve the problem when finally managing to speak to them. When awaiting important e-mails it's extremely frustrating being unable to make a connection. Seriously considering moving to an alternative ISP.
