I made a pre-sales enquiry by email about some 2011 Anti-virus Software and was satisfied with the response, item seemed to be available and the terms OK.

Placed the order on their webpages which was accepted, then 5 days later they emailed to say no stock was available, the offered me options of a 3 year old product or order cancellation.

When I responded asking when the proper version would be available a response from them was not forthcoming, so eventually (2 weeks after the order was placed), I contacted them by 'phone and email cancelling the order. Still sorting our the finances behind this...

It is quite clear from my experience that their site software is not well structured or fully loaded to handle stock control, they also seem overwhelmed by email and 'phone enquiries to the extent they cannot handle things. I would never attempt to use them again nor would I ever recommend to anyone.
