Clifton Lane Motors

Been taking my Rover to them on and off for a number of years and was happy to pay the slightly inflated prices as they were a Rover specialist. Had some sparks replaced (that didn't need replacing but that is a different story) unfortunately after 3-4 months car was spluttering and was told it was the Sparks and since replaced car is running fine. Now these things happen i accept that, however i expect recompense for faulty goods as you would with anything so sent all the relevant documents and also the Sparks. Here we are 5 months on and after numerous attempts no refund or indeed apology. I accept that the sparks were from a 3rd party....but my contract was with Clifton Lane and they show no sign of dealing. There customer service is shoddy and can only assume that this is common practice. Avoid!!!!
