I needed to do get a patient survey done in 2 weeks. I called around the various other companies and was told it would take about 2 weeks for me to just get their custom forms! A friend said I should try GP Tools.

I downloaded the forms from their site and started handing them out to patients the same day. By the end of the second day I had about 38 completed forms. I sent them to GP Tools on the Wednesday and received the survey report the following Tuesday. The whole process only cost me £30 and was quick and painless.

Our trust has recommended us to use GP Tools for our appraisal and revalidation. I must admit that I have been pleasantly surprised. It is easy to use, fast and intuitive. To get started I recommend that you watch the video tutorials. The interface is very clean and clear, and there is no ambiguity as to what you are supposed to to do. They haven signed me up for beta testing the mobile app, and I will review that at a later stage.

This is a new web site started by a doctor for GP colleagues. I have been using it for a few months now and I am really impressed with how easy it is to use. I just log on and write my appraisal thoughts, it also auto saves my work so that I don't lose any information. I have completed my multi source and 360 degree feedback activity using GPtools. I would highly recommend it to any other GP's or doctors looking for a free and high quality solution to their appraisal.
