Good Points
I used to buy regularly from this company but deteriorating service left me cold.

Bad Points
After a number of negative experiences - last one where equipment arrived, poorly and inexpertly packaged (not Royal Mail's fault) damaged and unusable - Mobile Fun wanted postage to return but couldn't get my concern the postage for return of faulty goods was almost as dear as goods themselves and saw no reason they should refund the cost - last straw and have never bought from them since - am regular purchaser on internet and have found lots of other customer friendly and reliable companies

General Comments
Poor customer service - track record poor - buy elsewhere - there are much better suppliers who have a genuine interest in retaining your custom. Internet purchases rely on your ability to trust a company if things go wrong - a number of experiences mean this is a company I no longer trust.
