Solid Website About Reverse Mortgage
I've used this site from time to time when looking for basic reverse mortgage information, reverse mortgage guides has been around for a number of years and seem to consistently update their content.
I do refer it to others when asked about this type of loan, as I stated in a comment, the site is easy to read, so why not?
One key feature which I found useful was their reverse mortgage calculator, you can use it to determine whether you are eligible or not for a reverse mortgage, not 100% accurate but directional it will tell you whether you can get one or not.
Overall, reversemortgageguides.org is a quality website for what it is.

This company is horrible. I hope they get shut down by federal regulators. They are a joke.

Great source of information on reverse mortgage loans. I was looking for a place that's a little more user friendly and here it is. The calculator was great and quickly painted the picture for me.
Agreed, its a simple website with good information about reverse mortgage, I've referred several relatives to reversemortgageguides.org and they felt the same way.
Bottom line, its always updated, the content is easy to read, and for someone just trying to understand what the loan is its a good place to start.
