The first time I heard this online meeting tool was from a colleague of mine who recommended it to me. I was using only Skype for a long time to do my business meetings.

I would say that 321Meet.com is promising. Its purely web-based which means you don't need to download or install anything. Its simplistic, yet the features that you need are there without all the clutter and confusion. They also have the best screen capture I've ever seen.

Drawback is its in beta right now so there are some minor flaws but I'm excited with the development of this.

I can say that even though 321meet does not have the extensive features as with the paid versions, I just keep preferring this tool. Simplicity and cost really count. Gotta recommend this to my friends. Thanks for the review!

And there are no downloads required since it is fully web based.Organize an online meeting and get to show your presentations to clients while discussing a topic. And once they're inside the room, you can share your screen with them while you chat at the same time. Another cool stuff is you can control other user's screen from your PC like a remote control.

Anyone can organize a meeting anywhere and anytime, because it's simple and easy to utilize. Just register and follow the steps to hold an online meeting, then give your clients your email address so they can join you. Wait for their request, approve it and you're good to go. You can start sharing your screen and chat with them.

The downside is that there is no meeting planning feature and no meeting recording feature. But i heard they're working on it already. So that's a good thing.

here that seems the most convenient and easiest online meeting tool that I used in my entire career and free and I do not need to install anything relatively expensive compared to others such as WebEx and Dimdim.
