General Comments
Useless delivery. Ordered an in-stock microwave on the 31st August with the standard 3-5day delivery. As of 15th September still has not been delivered.



First excuse on the 10th was that it was returned to the depot because the courier said it was too heavy to deliver (????). Was told to wait a few more days as it will probably be put on a van instead... probably? They couldn't tell me for sure and why wasn't it on a van in the first place? 12th, same excuse given: wait a couple more days. Still nothing. 13th was told the same, I argued I want a delivery date or refund. Their response was they only have vans in our area on Tuesdays, so can only delivery on the 18th. Why wasn't I told that before? I said no, I want it before the weekend or a refund. They said they couldn't give me a refund as it was on their system already to be delivered. Then why wasn't it delivered ages ago?! Supposedly I need to refuse delivery to allow a refund, if you really believe that... I don't.



Frankly I don't believe anything they said. I was getting fobbed off with excuses of it was too heavy and they only deliver on Tuesdays. They have messed up my order and no-one at Duck is willing to take charge and sort it out ASAP. The customer's satisfaction is certianly not one of their top priorities. It is a total shambles, they should be ashamed of their delivery service... it's just useless.
