We Visited This Shop On The 21-01-11 And Put A Dep
WE VISITED THIS SHOP ON THE 21-01-11 AND PUT A DEPOSIT OF 100 POUNDS ON A SETTEE ,THAT WE HAD TO WAIT UNTIL THE END OF MARCH FOR. BUT WE PASSED THE STORE TODAY AND IT HAD CLOSED SO IT LOOKS LIKE BYE BYE 100 POUNDS, THEY COULD HAVE INFORMED US.

Please Be Aware Of The Poor Quality Of The Leather
Please be aware of the poor quality of the leather used on the suite called paris. The slightest brush with clothing and the top level is worn away leaving the under hide which then shows up dramaticlay. enough said about the quality now we get down to customer service, or to put it another way the lack of customer service! despite emails and numerous tell calls there has been no attempt of contacting me to repair/replace the poor quality suite-PLEASE PLEASE dont fall into the trap of using this company.

Firstly, the showroom was good and the staff inside didn't badger you. Impressed with the sales service we received. However, that is where the praise ends, the after sales service is shameful. We ordered our sofa in August and were told delivery would be in 12-14 weeks. We have just received our sofas on the 06 Jan, meaning we couldn't have our family round for xmas!!! To top things off they have delivered the wrong style. Delivery was awful, the guy made a right bodge job of putting the feet on, so i had to spend the afternoon correcting his mistakes! Waiting to hear back from them now to find out if they are going to deliver the correct furniture! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
