Bad Points
I was called by a expresscameras.com operator saying that they temporarily couldn't accept American Express and that my purchase the night prior with the card needed to be re-accomplished on the phone with a different card. I asked them why they didn't have their website fixed to reflect the problem and I was asked to quit wasting the operator's time and if I wanted the camera to give me a new card or he would cancel the order. I begin giving him a new card because I really wanted the camera but after another couple of insults I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and he said all they would do is laugh at me. Absolutely worst customer service and most disrespectful salesperson I have ever talked to!
General Comments
This company does a lot of business and treats you like dirt. If you want to do business with the devil, go ahead. But God forbid you should have to work with their customer service for something.
