Bought An Xbox Live Subscription Just Before Xmas

Bought an xbox live subscription just before xmas for an xmas present. It said it would be delivered digitally so I naively assumed it would be sent out the day after at the latest. I never received it. Then to add to the distress the website went offline 'for upgrades'??? I can only say do not buy from thegamehub.co.uk. When it all goes wrong they won't communicate with you. I didn't get one reply to my emails/ helpdesk tickets etc. It has taken a month to get my money back. I had to raise a PayPal dispute to get my money back due to the lack of a response to my requests for refund. All in all the worst online shopping experience I have ever had, so bad I felt compelled to inform others with this review.

Placed Order On 26th November, Informed By Email I

Placed order on 26th November, Informed by email it was despatched on 2nd December. Still not received by 10th December. Chased up to be told that they would despatch another one for me unless I wanted a refund. Needed game, so gave the benefit of doubt and asked for another one. Chased on 14th to be told they would despatch it tomorrow (the 15th). As of today still not arrived, and they have not responded to 3 more emails asking by what means they have despatched the game.

I'm not very happy.

As per the last reviewer, poor customer service, poor information, and no phone number to ring them either....

So much for saving money, looks like I may have lost it.

Waited 2 Weeks For An Item. Didn't Receive Any Ord

Waited 2 weeks for an item. Didn't receive any order confirmations, delay emails or any correspondence at all despite paying for order immediately. Thought item was a bargain and too good to be true, and guess what? It was too good to be true! Received an answer about where my order was and was told it had been despatched, should have got email etc but sorry was never uttered. Most irritating thing was I had an email a week after the order was placed (5 working days) which said we'll post it at our next possible convenience!! Customer service is extremely poor and therefore not worth the cheap deal due to hassle it's caused. I don't believe i'll receive the item and probably won't see my money again either.

Did you ever recieve your game mate as i ordered a game on the 5th of december and i haven't recieved it either although i have been sent an email saying it has been dispatched but that was 5 days ago

my game was cod blackopps also a great deal at £36
