Seems like good value; that is, if the phone they give you and their masts are up.

General Comments
I was drawn to three by their £15 a month for 500mins offer, and I am seriously regretting it. About a month ago I saw their offer in their shop window, and thought, oh, I could use that along side my virgin phone which currently gives me more texts than minutes. How wrong I was. I couldn't even use the phone as the battery which was in it was a 'dud'. So back to the 3 - Three shop.



The conversation with the guy in the shop went like this:



Me: Hi, I recently got this V3x on contract with you but the battery is a 'dud', I have tested the phone with my grandads battery and it works.

Guy: Oh, erm, Three don't stock batteries.

Me: But you sold me the phone, so you should be able to give me one.

Guy: NO, if you want one you will have to go down the shop and BUY ONE!



At this point I was starting to regret taking out the contract. So any way I did go to the shop, and many other shops, but no-one had one. Now it was really starting to get to me I had spent a week searching, for something I shouldn't have to even get. Finally I decided to call customer service (nooooo, not customer service, not those unhelpful people that have nothing else better to do than *ahem*)



So after 20 mins of being on hold charged @ £3ppm, I finally got through to the worlds most ASLEEP customer service advisor I had ever spoken to.



C.S.A: Hello welcome to three how may I help you today?

Me: I recently purchased ...... .. .... .... ..... ...... ... *you know the story*

C.S.A: Well erm, Er, If You can give me a minute while I put you on hold....

Me: OK.... *sighs*



Holding For 4 Mins...........................



C.S.A : Right I have your battery on its way.

Me: Good, and it better come soon other wise I'll be cancelling.

CSA: Oh Erm. Yes It Will Be There Between 5-10 days.



Well The battery came in 2 days. And I also put in a formal compliant about the guy, who afterwards, got suspend. So one thing:

THREATEN TO CANCEL YOUR CONTRACT AND THEY WILL LISTEN TO YOU!
