Brought a tilt top over bed table. The measurements of the table were correct for over the single bed but when put together the frame only allowed the table to go over the single bed half way. The company should have known this when advertising as an over bed table.

Yes the delivery was quick and they were happy to collect but they are charging £10 to return and refused to waive although the table is not fit for purpose.

I won't be using them again.

We ordered a Newstead Dining Trolley over the Internet for my mother who is 90 and lives alone. It was delivered the next day by a very helpful young man. Unfortunately the trolley design has been changed and it is no longer possible to use it as a table. I telephoned and explained the position to the Receptionist. I was given the choice of a collection date and time. I was notified by text prior to the Courier arriving and I was able to notify my mother accordingly. He arrived on time and was also professional and helpful. Most surprisingly my refund was received the next day. YOU CAN'T BEAT THAT FOR SERVICE!! Thank you very much.

I would just like to thank Ability Superstore for their fast & efficient service. I rang them late in the day on Friday of the bank holiday weekend, after being let down by another site. I received my order this morning (Tuesday). You have made life in this household much easier.

I purchased some made to measure crutches for £70.99 (they no longer seem to have these on their website) I requested on the order form that they be 29" from the bottom of the stopper to the MIDDLE of the handle. When they arrived they measured just over 28". I phoned and the lady confirmed that I had requested them to be made this way. When they recieved the crutches back they refused to give me my money back stating that they are made to measure and so are not returnable. I have been emailing them and even sent them photos that I'd taken using 2 different tape measures but still they won't refund. In the end I've had to open a paypal dispute. They have now told paypal a blatant lie and said that I had requested the crutches to be made to be 29" to the TOP of the handle. THIS IS NOT TRUE!! the woman that I initially spoke to on the phone read my order request back to me and so I know that I had requested the measurments be made to the MIDDLE of the handle. Really bad way to treat a first time customer and poor customer service. Also they have super slow delivery. I would never us this deceitful company again!!!

i had broken only Tuesday of my Anabox Weekly Pill Organiser and Ability Superstore went out of their way to locate, put by and securely post me Tuesday. The communication was fantastic. I would highly recommend this company. I am now complete again!!
