As many other customers I received a phone call from Hastings today telling me that my policy was about to be terminated in 7 days, due to there own mistakes, this in my opinion is disgusting. Having sought advice from the citizen advice buerau and my solicitors unfortunately they say that even though i have been paying and keeping up my end of the contract due to a clause I could do nothing about it, so thank you HASTINGS DIRECT for your total lack of customer relation skills.
