Good Points
The good point about this machine is that it has a large drum but unfortunately you can only put a small load in if you don't want it to break down.
Bad Points
We've owned the Dyson for three years and it has finally packed in after several months of problems. The engineer came a few weeks ago and said that we needed a new drum, a new filter and that there were various problems with computerised control system. He added that although he works for Dyson he wouldn't buy one himself because they keep breaking down. Our last washing machine lasted for more than 10 years so this has been a bit of a disappointment. When it breaks down an error code appears - you can look this up in the manual which then helpfully tells you that there is an error. You can also ask the engineer who will mumble something about bra wires before admitting that he doesn't know what the error code means either. John Lewis used to stock the Dyson washing machine but have given up after numerous customer complaints.
General Comments
Too expensive and unreliable.
