This organization accepted prepayment for recruiting services of 5 individuals for our small company. Every single person that was put forward with the exception of one were beyond pathetic. We have been dealing with the now ex employees from this firm's recommendation for over two years now with ongoing legal problems and poor performance. They did very little to pre screen individuals and were literally only interested in robbing our company. This is quite possibly the worst recruiting company in the world and has nearly put our company on the brink of non existence with their lies about prospective employees. We have since built our team by advertising jobs on Craigslist for 25 dollars and Linkedin for 100 dollars. We now have a quality team. I am trying to understand why it was so much easier for an individual with no experience in hiring to find quality people at minimal cost, while a recruiting company that was paid top dollar failed beyond my wildest imagination. I will continuously not recommend this firm every chance I get. The horror stories are unimaginable.
