Do not use these estate agents!

First of all when I went to view the property I later on rented from them, there were several issues with it, such as a slipped glass in the bathroom window which caused a gap of about half an inch. The agent assured me that all the issues will be rectified before we move in. The property was empty at the time. 6 weeks later when we moved in, nothing was fixed or cleaned.

The flat was incredibly cold and we moved out straight away at the end of the tenancy. A month before we were due to move out the boiler broke. This didn't get fixed for 2 weeks. We had no hot water or heating. But as it was near the end of the tenancy and we have already payed all our rent, the agents weren't too bothered. The service we recieved was awful. They constantly claimed something different, parts had to be ordered, the parts didn't come, etc.

Now we finally moved out the are making it incredibly difficult to get our deposit back. The issues they claim that were wrong with the flat are ridiculous and actually most things were in an improved condition when we left the flat. This is stated in the check out form, too.

Do not use this estate agent. The minute you signed your contract and have given them your deposit, their customer service ends. The lack of communication and the customer service is the worst I have ever seen.
