I ordered a photo keyring for Father's Day 2010. I sent the lovely owner at Photofairytales a copy of the photo and what I wanted it to say and I was so thrilled with the outcome!
The great customer service I received and the speedy delivery was fantastic. I ordered on the Friday and had it by the following Wednsday - Just in time for Father's Day! I love the fact that it's one to one contact unlike many bigger companies that are too impersonal.
All the gifts at Photofairytales are reasonably priced and not as expensive as other stores.
I was that impressed with the service I received I re ordered again for Father's Day 2011 and have since reccommended the website to Friends and Family.

I Ordered A Photo Album As A Present For My Boyfri
I ordered a photo album as a present for my boyfriends 21st. The album arrived 3 weeks late and was not the standard I expected for the price. The album is very small and is plain inside could of made a better one myself i think!!

I am sorry that you were disappointed with the delivery of the album and the album itself. As explained at the time, the delay in delivery was sadly out of my control - once an item has been dispatched it is in the hands of Royal Mail, and delays can occasionaly occur. I did all I could to help with the matter and stayed in regular contact, and thankfully your parcel arrived safely. Regarding the size of the album, etc, all the dimensions are clearly stated on the website, along with a description of the item, so it is unfortunate that you felt disappointed. As I did at the time, I offer you again my apologies for the late arrival of your parcel by Royal Mail and I hope that you will be able to return to PhotoFairytales and make use of the discount code I sent you.
