Good Points
Virgin Mobile has been good to me. I know most times when a company is good we forget to say so, and to say thank you. We rather wait for the bad service employee and then down the entire company. I guess I have been lucky in that I receive excellent service at all times, and I have referred loads of friends, who have been just as lucky. Thank you VM!

Bad Points
No website is perfect. Here is where some improvement is needed.

Virgin Mobile is true to their word. Good prices and customer service on-line or off.
