The Panasonic RV31 worked great for about 1 year, then died and swallowed the DVD. It tries to read for about 1 minute, then gives an "H03" on the display, then "Stop". It won't let me open the door to remove my DVD. Initializing with panel switches, pulling the wall cord, etc., don't work either. Guess this will be my last Panasonic product!
